Carbon brakes and high end brands of tyres like Michelin, work well only if there is alot of heat in them... which can only happen when on a race track. On the roads... they will never reach their optimum operating temperatures.

 

Not will you be wasting your money... your bike's braking efficiency actually drops.

u mean normal EBC brack pad for normal road using is ok ,right?

carbon pad more good for track use,cos alway high speed n brack.

am i right?

I race a little Y125Z and a DRZ400SM at the Tuas track.

 

Its scarier to knee drag on a DRZ than a kup cai or KR because its a long way down before the knee slider touches the tarmac.

 

:lol: yeah can imagine that.

 

 

 

EBC brakes got normal one and got best performance one?

 

the EBC pack written got 3 type

1)normal

2)carbon

3)red carbon

Just for your reference... the highest speeds that can be reached is about 110 KMH on the front straight before Turn 1 and up to 105 KMH from Turn 1 to Turn 2. Between Turns 2 and 3 it is possible to hit 95 KMH. The average speed for a fast lap of Tuas is done at about 77 KMH.

 

A modified kup cai can do below 44 secs a lap at Tuas.
