weird, mine from rpm6 to 6.3-6.4 then 100km/h.

 

guess next servicing i wanna use motul 300v. probably current EO no good. damn.

 

just changed to NGK platinum sparkplug also! thought will solve prob. damn

Hey pilots, just collected my bike after overhaul. But i feel no difference sia just that bike lighter and better pick up; slightly smoother only.

 

vibration still there ehs and the 'cling cling' sound still there.

im worried about it ehs plus some of the tube is being removed which i see all kr still have it. i dont know how to explain but maybe if can meet some of you guys, you all see.

 

but i have some problems that i just notice today, there is this patch of oil dripping from my pipe near endcan. its black and think smell like fuel. another leak is the at the bottom of the engine area. any idea?

 

oh ya when i whack at rpm6, the sound is weird. got the clang clang sound too :cry: i dont know if i am suppose to worry or am i worring too much.

i change to premix too and i dont know like the guide line to follow. panjang teach me this stuff like;

 

1. shake bike before starting but dont on fuel first; starrt bike le than turn fuel on.

2. pour 25 ml of 2t per 1l of fuel.

3. ??

 

i dont know anything else that i must take note. cause what i think is that if we nvr trottle, there wont be 2t pump to the piston. Worried if piston might jam.

Im wondering is lets say im at 60km/h and i let the bike roll without using trotteling ( which means using engine brake) will it seize my piston? this situation will be like when nearing traffic light lor when i want to stop i usually dont use much of brakes, i use engine brake let the bike roll..

bro it's normal, i too experience this patch of oil dripping from the place you have. it's black in color etc. alot of them told me it's normal. theirs have it too. so dont worry.

this i can't help you, i dont use premix, sorry! :)

You just overhauled your bike? And you already start whackin it? What id you overhaul exactly? Word to take note here is "overhaul"..o_O

As long as your engine is runnin..Combustion takes place..Petrol or in your case 2T and petrol will still flow..Which means your piston is still movin..Just not as fast as when you throttle..Its only when your bike is off that your piston isn't movin..Frankly IMO..Why bother with premix? Unless you plan on goin to the track..Otherwise havin a 2T tank always wins hands down for convenience..:thumb:

oh yea.. you didn't mentioned wack.. cannot wack as you just overhaul.. :(

if you free tml den come out and see.. den all those normal tube got take back from KS anot?

yes.. you have to KEEP REV to ensure 2T flow in... dun roll... maintain a min of rev.. khai can give you more information with regards to the rest of mixture...

isit thick?? bcz when i used pennzoil never service 4 mnths, open up its realli clean as in the black stuff is real thin tt u can wipe with cloth den clean alrdy. den now pennzoil harder to comeby so looking for alternative 2t.

bro u said got sumting leaking from below engine?? tt's nt normal.. engine oil leaking. n yes make sure u shake ur bike properly before strt den turn on fuel.

when u park dont forget off fuel. also make sure u use gd 2t n dont use those found n petrol station ones. n stictly 25ml per litre, any less n ur engine will be affected. mayb u can pm me if u want to noe more.

no need to keep rev... 2t alrdy mixed with fuel... if fuel goes in so does ur 2t.

1.full service

2.piston/piston ring

3.pin bearing

4.spark plug cable

5.head gasket

6.decarbonized

7.sporket chain(whole set)

8.conrod

9.conrod bearing

10.over head oil seal

11.over head gasket

 

total cost me 1650 plus charges and stuff like engine coolant,4t

they gt change ur clutch plate?? bike pick up fast bcus i'm sure KS gt drill few holes on ur airbox.. mayb u try ride 1 wk, ur bike will feel different alrdi.. different as in not as powerful as 1st day u ride.. cus my bike overhaul by KS few mths back..

 

drippin is bcus panjang open ur 2t intake super big.. as u're runnning in .. so tats normal dude..

start bike, petrol + 2t.. even roll, oso nvm one.. piston still pumping as petrol flows..

bike lose of power mayb due to wear n tear? check ur clutch plates.. or full service, setting etc.....

yup.. motul 710 is thick.. but so far i use, quite smooth eh.. lols..

normalli i alternate, use 510, den 710.. hahas..!! :cheeky:

y u wanna use premix? damn leh chey u noe...for me last time ah chong tell me use 20ml per litre..worked for me okay..ks tell me must 25 or else piston will burst but i didnt have any problems...but i think better use more than less in ur case..for me last time in the morn also i never shake one..i met a guy at planet hu say he last time ride 2 stroke bike..morning all those no need shake as long as when u are refueling u got blast the 2t to make sure it mix well..he said la the 2t and petrol more or less same weight and it wun sink..ah chong also say morning no need hump the tank...and i dun switch off fuel either...always forget to on back when moving off and panic when bike die...

 

and for the let the bike roll part dun wry...its ok one..coz as long as bike is idling there is petrol going in to piston or else how to maintain idling? infact for me i even roll down mountfaber without switching on the bike..if short distance doesnt really matter...

bro chain got nth to do with speed...sprocket size yes but loose chain tight chain no..if chain too loose, it might slip off..if too tight might snap..thats all...sometimes drop in speed may be psychological..for me startingg i feel my bike wah so damn fast...after that used to the speed lioaz then thought the bike slow down..actually is i hu si luan xiang..if not go check ur setting bah..

but i do check the speedometer to gauge. last time is rpm 6 then 100km/h, now 6.5 then 100km/h.
