hi.. anyone can tell me where to get kawasaki engine spare parts.. i'm looking for the cover for my valve area.. went to the bike shop and was told it was missing. Anyone knows where it is selling, please do let me know.

how much does it cost to insure a krr for a male, 20 yrs old with cl2a already?

 

i know its alittle awkward.. but when i called ntuc they cant quote me as it is closed?

It will depend on your ridin experience and NCD..Or wait for it to open..

 

and erm... Does this KRR vibrate alot lets say when crusing on the highway with 100-110 meter speed? I mean vibrate alot means like make yr hands numb those type.. thanks in advance people..

The only time I got my hand numbs is when I changed my handlebars..Not to those lousy sporty clipons but to a different (stock but not KR) handlebars..They were vibratin so much coz I have yet a chance to get new balancers..After installin new balancers..Never have I experienced my hand gettin numb..

 

I find that the stock KR handlebars are abit too high..One way is to down your fork so much you risk scrapin humps..

 

hey i wanna ask. quite a newb. if bike gets heated up easily when riding preferably in the afternoon and for about 45mins, what exactly that u need to change and how much will it cost and where would be the recommended place? thanks!

Check and see if you have sufficient coolant..If there is it might be time to replace the coolant..If problem still persists it might be that your radiator is choked! Do a complete flushin of the radiator..All these can be done by yourself..

 

its like i ride at 90km/h for about 45min. heat to 1/4 there. im riding a kr =) ooh but even if i go slower, the meter still point there. and i dont think its about the coolant problem. its the cooling pad or something?

is it dangerous in any way or anything? will it affect my piston or something?

In the long run it will affect..Shortens the lifespan of your piston/block/rings..

 

yup. slightly above the blue line. but sometimes may go higher sia if its a hot day. =x

oo and if change radiator around how much sias? xD

If your radiator is leakin..You can get it fixed at a shop at Ubi..Its along the stretch where Planet Motors is (Think next to Dili)..They do specialize in fixin radiators..

 

oh and sometimes i ride my bike at 140km/h at expressway then after turning in to smaller road and slow down, the engine sound different and when my bike comes to a halt, no matter the gear at neutral or 1, engine die. happens all the time =x i think sick already isit? what could be the possible reason for this?

Runnin in don't need to go so slow..You'll only be road hoggin the expressways..

The rubber cover? Its not necessary to have that..But if you do want it can get it from WEDA..

we were chilling at dam & went off..out of sudden, two sps came and chase us..upon reaching their target, one of d riders, they rev open their bikes & challenged a race..what else..the guys gave them a good one! left them in the dust xD.. too bad, there were a police car..so the 'race' didnt continue. still. the kr riders had done a great job! huhuh! the best part was. having lost, one of the sp riders were still jumping (or shud i say, humping? xD) on his bike as if he won & shouted something like "u think got police we scared ah?" really got balls man...hahahaha....too bad we were going a different direction at one of the junctions..cuz even a no-baller like me wud leave them in the dust! xD

 

lucky i left early.. scarly all win them only i trailing behind them.. =(
