if you open the tank and never see any fuel left...means your reserve already used up liao...dont be mistaken that there are 2 seperate fuel tanks...its just only 1 single fuel tank...switch the knob when your fuel indicator show that its gonna empty liao or can till your bike die off while riding halfway which is quite dangerous if you dont know how to switch it to reserve while riding

Hi there kips kakis got a problem need u guys for help

 

 

Had this vibrating sound thats comes on at 90-100km/h on 6 gear only not on 5 or 4 but 6

 

My clutch pads was replaced less than 1 year

 

Changed pistons and rings couple days ago

 

Strangest thing is sometimes it appears at times it doesnt, heard it both mornin like 5am or midnite pass 1am

 

Luckily the engine have no problem in hard reving,crisp throttle response for over-taking.

 

As for idling guess its normal to flunctuate between 1-1.5 with lights on when the temp is different.

 

Could it be the 'lovely' 6 gear have been worn out?

 

Check the con-rod its slighty loose

 

The mech was saying if sounds still persist must lower whole engine dis-mantle gear-box and clutch and see

 

Need some light on this otherwise its like searchin needle in hay-stack

my one alsol have sound when RPM rises...but that's my loose ERP bracket sound

similar to loose metal parts vibrating u could hear them as u rev higher then reached 120km/h it went away altogether or maybe engine sound over-comes it

 

but for sure its not the valve as i run on 15-40 gear ratio valve will open slightly later about 7.5rpm

sometime is some screw is lossen liao.........check ur whole bike.......

Open valve means the 'power' come in when u pump ur bike to above 8rpm ......u can feel e diff.............

5000km is guideline for fully syn

but it's juz a guideline

feel free to change anytime before 5000km

anyway...muz get use to the smell....damn the exhaust...so easy rusty one

no lah, when temp is hot n u sniff sniff everything like the same... confirm i gong liao anyway... sniff tt smell for so long
