the nut to adjust 2T intake is located on the left side of the engine

u will see this black color tube linked to the engine...

by right there should be this rubber covering to cover up the adjusting nuts...juz push it away upwards...

if yrs dont have the rubber covering then juz adjust lor

to increase intake = adjust the nut until u c more threads below the nut

as for the engine sound...maybe u bring to motordiam better lar.... :cheeky:

no problem everyone starts some where

u open the throttle b4 u turn on the key like as if racers reviv the bike b4 race

start this actually to let petrol flow from carb to cylinder imagine the scenario

piston at top-end position near spark plug with lots of fuel= good detonation

therefore easy start

leave the choke on till the rev climbs up to 2-2.5 rpm thats where the idling can

manage its own

move off say 5-10 mins later would be nice but keep rev below 7rpm for the first

half hour as the temp meter not accurate

never rev hard on cold engine where wear and tear takes place

i don really agree on yr point of view..

Firstly, throttling without engine on as u said allows the petrol to flow to carb. But you overdo it, or worst still, do a bit only and yr carbs get flooded and overflow, be prepared to push start.

For krr, using the choke is good enough to start from cold. I don't see anything wrong using choke.. if choke on and kick not start.. just kick a few more times.

i was trying to improvise shockard's tactic of kick-startin

method was taught to me by my first mech still using it today after more than a decade

catch the tactic can start within 2 attempts better right

kick so many times what start motor-boat siboh :giddy:

can't be they don carry.

I bet they didn't have the size u wanted which is 120/80-17 profile and they start telling you they don carry 120/80-17 profile tyres. Well that's just my own view.

Yr Bt090.. 110/70-17 profile? Well.. i guess i know its a front tyre.

anyway i was a previous faithful user of R2 before...

now testing out the Activ X...seems not much difference to me...

:faint:

Glad to know you felt the same too. At least now I know my butt dyno is still working well.

I used fully synthetic 2T extensively (Previously) but switched to Activ 2T without much "Loss of performance" unlike a lot of other cheap 2T out there (Some of them really slows your acceleration).

However, despite all that praises and bla bla bla, there is a marked difference in Synthetic, semi-synth, mineral & castor based 2T in terms of carbon build up.
