eh.. aren't you riding a FIRST HAND krr? Why are u wasting money to replace something that is not faulty?

Define rattling sound. It could be something that is pretty normal but u are so worried about it that u "thought" yr bike "spoil".

Unless u've been RIDING SO HARD the past few months(track?) i don see a reason why yr con rod must be replace after less than a year.

yr current tyres are oversize.

You can opt to take the 120/80-17 REAR tyre OR 100/80-17 REAR.

I've personally used both before.

120/80-17 is "heavy", loses pick up, and i had a slightly harder job when i had to tackle tight corners

btw, its Battlax BT039SS. :D

thanks for the info bro.. wads the stock size ah? got 90/80 not?

if u r looking at 90/80-17 REAR.. its too small.

the stock size is 90/80-17 FRONT and 110/80-17 REAR

For your info, there's no 110/80-17 REAR problem for both battlax BT039SS or TT900GP. Please do not be mislead by motordiam. If they give u a 110/70/17 for your REAR IT IS A FRONT TYRE used for rear. DON'T use it. :D

Same as when you buy first hand bike.. I followed the manual and kept below 7000rpm and 80 km/h for the first 800km, then from 800-1600, it was below 9000rpm and below 100km/h.

I suggest you go wack your bike to 8000rpm at around 1200km.. IMO, it helped to make the ride smoother..

The actual model name is KRR ZX150..

Kips is the technology that the KRR's engine is using..

Correct me if i'm wrong..

1st hand = if u can afford the depreciation of the bike value over time...can depreciate a few hundreds easily within a year

2nd hand = depreciation rate lower but there is a chance of getting a bike in poor condition...it takes some luck together w/ some technical knowledge in this area to pick a bike w/ at least an okay condition :cheeky:

You should get a 2nd hand KRR if you are upgrading to 2A or gona ride for 1-2 years only.

If u like to know.. a few years back.. in 2002, i bought a 1st hand krr @ $5080 OTR. 2 years later, i only managed to sell it off at $2800. You decide.
