hm..done heavy lubricating twice already so far

no effect

chain tension checked...

try jacking the rear wheel up and running the bike in 1st gear = no sound

it's until when the bike travels to ard 80kmph on the road then will have

hope can try to solve the problem soon also :cheeky:

that's the thing i wana let the guys here know.

KRR, only one carb, lets see how many valves huh? was it 2 or 1..

seriousy guys, save the money on the so called "tunning" for yr bike. Instead, use it to wash yr carbs, change Engine oil, spark plug or other things.

the sound of the exhaust will change when the valve kena open

checkout the sound when yr valve kena stuck open...

mynew chain also got sound...the tension is okay but somehow the sound will come especially when im travelling ard 80kmph :giddy:

think nothing wrong with my valve la. it's just my chain. low speed gt alot of sound just change only.. tension also ok..lube liao still the same think is the cheap chain then like tat. every cent counts in the quility.

yea..that time don listen to my bike and told mi my valve open. its this hollow sound. if u really dunnoe how to listen, take it for a ride. the bike usually cannot go more than a certain speed(60km/h or less) even though at the highest gear.then u'll know the valve is open.

correct mi if i am wrong.

no la, wat i think is when yr valve is stuck open in vry low speed or iding the engine will stall. cause too much air intake ma. but i dont think it won't go over 60km/h

tis is on;y my opinanal

use a size 8 ring and turn it close :thumb:

its time to do a full valve servicing with block dismantle :thumb:

ps: if service valve without block dismantle probably wont last more than 2

months :goodluck:

question:: how long do u service yr valve intervally?? 1 yr or 2 yrs ????

hmm, that's true....since most of us will prob upgrade bikes when reaching class 2a ... i'm not sure how to DIY tune.

there's nothing to tune. In fact, with only one carbs, u tune already also makes no difference. Its just the mind matter. "my bike is newly tuned, sure feels good"
