first prep the crash bar by snading the old paint and smoothen it using different grades of sand paper from more coarse to fine..

then spray a few layers of anti-rust paint.. usually in red color..

then depending on your final colour decide whether you need any bas coats.. let's say white: you need grey over the red anti-rust first, else you'll have a redish white crash bar..

use a clothes hanger for your spraying..

As in belly pan? Can get at LAB at $35.. But of course you can't compare LAB Belly Pan with Motoworld one... there's reason why one is $120 and the other is $35.

I'll try to illustrate with a pic, one of my neighbour had one on his r1..

Hi guys, just wanna ask..me recently just installed the arrow hugger..today when i check at my hugger..i found that the chain guard of the hugger is chaffing against my left suspension spring but then there is gap between the spring and the hugger..can see the red stain on my hugger..is there anyway to solve it?

She waits for me patiently downstairs, thru rain and shine..Yet she never complains and serving me with loyalty..a true beauty that u will not regret...

Try elevating the hugger with bolt or bracket. When the chain guard is lifted higher, it shall not come into contact with the rear shock. :goodluck:
