someone said that they already emailed hong leong -.- but sad not even a single news of whether is it even going to pass LTA.

well u are right but aren't all bike like that? they call us the "innovators". To own before others do. Some people might not like the idea but some do because its exclusive to those few. They may just be bought to singapore (praying hard it does) but actually its already half a year +- it has been sold in India.

this fz16 sure is a chio bike compared to fz150i but it runs on carburetor instead of fuel injection, 1 major minus-point if i were to choose between these 2 models

For simple class2b bike.

Carburetor is cheaper in maintenance cost.

 

FZ150i is high tech liquid cool.

FZ16 will be low tech air cool.

 

Yamaha is smart to offer both models.

Specs look nice, the tyre is lovely, the looks are killer, and its similar performance as the rest of the 150 herd. For performance, yes, the RTR Eff Eye is here. Chalo lets answer in stages:

a. Delicate - Subjective. I was impressed with the R15 plastics. This isnt that bad.

b. Service network kya re - Beyond punctures/changing clutch plates (and carrying spares) we (non std350 bulleteers/general junta) don't expect to do much about the bike. Wouldnt you agree, till FTB, P180 had bad service network too!

c. GC=160/165mm. Bullet is 140mm, Karizma is 150mm.

carb is still more reliable than injection for small bike. i rode fz150i before and the fuel pump spoilt when the bike is abt 1yrs old..... thou fc is better for injection but carb is still easier to tune and more forgiving.
