But that one has a Metal tank and whatnot, right? I saw somewhere that the tank is actually some plastic resin cover over the real metal tank. And the silver parts of the bike look like it could be plastic as well, I'm not sure.... Is that normal? Plastic usually translates to cheap feel. *shrug*

Hope it reaches spore shores soon, would realy luv riding that bike. Been to the website, was crowned best bike 2009 in India. They gave great reviews!!

those are indeed really nice looking. but why 150cc. why cant they make a 200cc model. even the pulsar comes in 200cc.

hi everyone.. my first post for this forum.. woo i just bought a a red FZ 16 (dont know why they didnt name it FZ15 since it's only 153cc) at 185000 Nepal rupees (SGD 3.5k roughly).. yeah it has rear drum brakes sadly.. but everything else about the bike is nice.. decent mileage, good seating position, good looks.. i am thinkin of accessorizing it rite now example: 35watts philips crystal vision, neon lights.. any suggestions from u guys for a street bike mods ? currently residing in nepal but yea i did my studies in sg frm kindergarden to poly so yeah i got the singlish accent.. LOL

you can do the bike exhaust and put rear disc...

Yamaha FZ-16 will be launch at Indonesia around November 2009 with codename: YAMAHA BYSON.....in Thailand they will also launch with codename: YAMAHA BULL....

 

It will be just a matter of time to enjoy the bike here....
