need some advice.. i jus paid deposit for a rvf at southern motors, fn plate.. wen start the start button mus puch in half only.. if push full won't start..

start ready ok.. won't die of.. but if i put to 1st gear will die off one.. wat could be the reason.. some advice please.. wanna make sure the shop does it for me.. dun wanna get cheated in the end.. thx man..

did u kick up side stand when u engage gear 1? for rvf, engine will cut off if u engage gear 1 with side stand down (side stand light is still lighted).

can sommeone help...my bike when at abt 5-6rpm travelling bout 90km will suddenly start to lose power and engine will stall...wat you guys think its wrong??? need help...

 

Check ur fuel knob, make sure it's fully at on.

 

coz i encountered this before with my SP. when reach 90km/hr, engine stall. go to bike shop then i realised that my knob was not fully turn to ON. that's the reason.

Maybe the bike idling is off or is the bike fully warmed up already? The start button problem could the carbon brush inside the starter finishing soon maybe it'll bebetter if u get the shop to replace that. Good Luck for your new RVF.

Let the bike warm up for 5 minutes. Might be becos the bike hasn't been started for a while so engine is out cold or battery a bit weak.

 

If problem persist, the bike's carb setting / tuning is out.

spent $460 for service etc...etc.. and when i left, the bike feel like its brand new!pick up feels like i can win any 2As lol:P upz for the mechanic that do my bike!

I tink hor next time if wanna organise outing or gathering it's better to make a list, the venue and time. If not sure a few turn up oni. Like last big outing organise by nelson. juz need 1 person to start putting the name then there will be a few following. It's easier to see who's coming oso.
