i think mine cheaper cos i didnt change metal plates ba.. mine still good and usable. the shop is along serangoon rd.

 

very easy to kick neutral during stationary now and change gear smooth like butter.

When u change the whole set, it comes with 9 clutch plates + 8 metal plates (I really cant remember the exact quantity). Usually, ppl change everything unless special cases when the plates tend to warp only. I changed mine coz of not being difficult to change gear, but bike totally wont move in any gear.

Most prob u can check the E.O and clutch plate.

 

asan wat u trying to say is i can't juz change the clutch plate and that's it?

Normally if gear very hard to kick neutral could be 2 reasons - need to change engine oil already. 2nd is ur clutch plates not installed properly some parts could be rubbing against the clutch casing if its the 2nd case u need to find a willing mechanic to file the plates for u - our king used to have the same problem after he found a good mechanic to file the plates for him all is ok : )

Dunno maybe your bike is special but wear and tear is normal between 1-2 years.

and for ur info there is no sure things as wat size better..

 

it depends on wat u need .. pick up / top end? long/short distance travel daily?

 

if normal road use advise to use back original size / or up 2 teeth
