Guys, rem that i told u all that my voltage drop from 13 - 11 when idiling?

 

This morning i went to work, one point i stop at the traffic light, i realised it's drop to 8! OMG! then i try switching off my head light and it jumps up back to 12. do u guys think that it's battery empty soon?

 

1 qns. how long can a dry cell normally used up to? 6 months? a year? 2 years?

Can last about 1 year if nothing goes wrong your scenarios could a sign of failing rectifier or battery better get it checked b4 u become like me need push start

I never tried pushstart on RVF b4. I had one time experience on my S4 and that is enough for me!@!@! Maybe i no skill in pushstart bah.

It might also be your coil too.......

correct me if im wrong... but from wat i noe... never use ur choke if u can even for cold start cause ur bike will get use to the choke and u can never crank and start 1 time anymore..

It might also be your coil too.......

rectifier 8 month to 1year need to be change better and u change liao the old wan kep . in case got problem u still can take the old wan to use it temp ... the coil not need to worry rvf can last de ...

plugs are one month old. checked the prev 4 plugs which were running on the same tuning, normal according to mech.

 

throttle response, acceleration etc, i dun face any lagg or stuck across all rpm. when bike is warmed, idling is stable.

 

so its normal to keep pressing the starter button many times before the bike can idle w/o throttling?

 

i will try again tmr morning, start w/o choke, w/o throttling. see how many times i press before it starts idling.

no.... if u cant start without throttle for 3 times dun keep pressing start button le... just throttle abit its ok one... just dun use choke bah

ok.. is can start.. but aft a few seconds, the bike will die off.. tmr i try.. when its cold.
