best is if can apply the screw glue to the screw tread..

Maybe can try LOctite 242 or 243.. Both for tightening bolts and threads... Just pour it sparingly like a straight line across the thread.

 

This loctite can be bought at any hardware shops like those at Jln Ahmad Ibrahim area.

this type wun de.. our bikes screw does applied with it. wld be bit tight n need strength to unscrew but it wun hurt the tread..

Anyway i'll be doing some dirt riding. Quite heavy dirt riding. Should be doing on one of the saturdays soon. Anyone interested. (get ready to take out ur windshield, mirrors and any other stuffs that might break or slow u down)

hi guys, am interested to find out more about the v-strom 1000 in particular.

 

What is the ride height of the bike ? Can someone 1.65m like me ride the bike comfortably? Cus i'm afraid the weight of the strom would put me off lar.

 

Actually,i'm riding a motard now but my main concern is the combination of the heavy weight and the height lar. Furthermore the strom is definitely less agile than my motard right now so yea, quite concerned over the handling of it. I'm petite lar so handling of big bikes would be of a main concern to me la

some will just think it's a waste of time...

 

we are not sharing the same passion for bikes n rides like these people...

here majority ride for transport and hobby and to kill off time...

true, diff culture altogether with the ang mohs....some riders are not so socialable dat's y when i wave at some riders at the other side of the road i got those weird looks back at me...lol
