My 7 summon offence! Can anyone advise me?

here's my advice.. wait for the summon letter come 2 weeks after ur second inspection.. it will state all ur summons to be paid within 28 days if im not wrong.. then its up to u whether to appeal or not..

 

did the ROV bring u to JIC at ang mo kio? if yes, i have to tell u that place is strict.. no sidestand also kena.. if VICOM they approved my racing footrest..

 

i think i have suffered worst than u.. i'm still a p-plater and already got summoned for not displaying p-plate twice.. been brought back by TP and ROV twice.. and both inspections have more than 10 offences.. its not worth it to have $2000 down the drain..

 

i didn't appeal and i'm no rich person.. cos i only have myself to blame..

the most that contributed was of cos my pipe.. others are like no mirrors, etc.. but now i using a low profile only wif modded silencer and thick "neck".. but i avoid the expressway from morning till 8 or 9pm.. cos sick and tired already kena stopped 11 times by TP, ROV, Tiger Squad.. so guys, use mods at ur own risk.. don't blame others or excuse urself..

i think it is counted as whole.. cos last time i used a full system pipe.. ur whole illegal exhaust system = $500..

 

nocturnized: the Tiger Squad is a group of 2-3 (often 3) blue uniformed TP.. they are one of the high ranks in the department, hence making them more powerful then ordinary TP.. their number plate are mostly small numbers (single,double).. they can be find lurking at town area at night, and main roads.. pray hard when u see them cos they have no mercy.. u cannot run, and u cannot even hide..

Hey Guyz..

 

New here but would like to share some info.

 

1. It really doesnt matter what time or where you travel.

The normal TP guys have rotating shifts. So at any one time there SHOULD be TPs patrolling. If you are thinking about escaping or hell riding during their changing shift dont waste time.

 

Eg (Note time listed below is just an example)

Team A shift starts at 0800 and ends at 1400 hrs. Team B would then report for duty at 1230 hrs. Briefing, draw equipment blah blah blah... So Team B guys would already be on the road before Team A knocks off.

 

2. Tiger Squad

I'm not sure who the member's are in the Tiger Squad. I'm only aware of the Task Force. Probably Tiger Squad = Task Force. The difference in duty for the Task Force would be 'special duties' such as escorts of VIPs like President or VIP visitors from other country and major cases, like dangerous driving. The blue long sleeve uniform that you see the TP guys are wearing is a STANDARD uniform issue. If you manage to look closely at the uniform, the material looks something like coudroy material. Mostly they would be using the uniform at night since its cold.

 

3. High Rank Officers.

These are probably the team in charge or deputy team in charge doing their supervisory rounds, although usually they are doing indoor duties. Same goes for any industry. Coolie-kang work like hell, supervisors or managers would be in an air-con room. Sometimes the supervisors or managers may walk around to 'see' how the workers work. This probably explain why we can see the higher ranking on the road sometimes.

 

4. Volunteers.

Also note that sometimes when you kena stop by TP and he doesnt seem to be 'familiar' with exhaust pipes or mods, they COULD be volunteers (also known as VSC) They have their own full time jobs. and yes they do get paid. Actually we can sign up as VSCs but I think there should be some requirements / interviews that we have to meet or go through. Dont believe me about the volunteer part? Then try checking out the police force website.

 

 

To me, no matter how slow, fast, where or even when you ride your bike, if you are suay enough to meet them on the road then you will meet them on the road.

U'll have to wait for the official summon/s to be mailed to u.

 

To make an appeal, u'll have to, in person, be at TP HQ.

 

Take a number and wait for ur turn.

 

Go reception counter and tell the lady, "Making appeal for traffic offences"

 

HOWEVER, this applies to TP offences, don't know if it's applicable to ur case.

 

See MP, no use. Don't bother. Cos all are illegal modifications.

congratulations. with some luck, you could get all the fines waived and you can save that money to buy a louder illegal exhaust that does not backfire so that you can continue being a public nuisance. good for you.

u noe wats best to me..a sound systemm..u wan a pipe.. get a lud sound system and get radio licence..will disguise the sound..btw..wer u live sia? dun tell me u so suay until go out of carpark tio ROV.. Rov is like tat wan..very fierce but its for our own safety..and guys.. dun tell him serves him rite larh.. hes sad enuf..hes riding a cub which means money is an issue to him.. so naturally he will be pissed about the fine

did you read ALL the posts prior to posting? not being able to afford a larger bike but has the funds to purchase an illegal exhaust? it was all planned on his part, he planned to buy this bike, he planned to buy the exhaust, it was all him. there was no act of nature that forced him to such circumstances. if you pity him, i think you are making a huge mistake.
