bro nineh, for my experience is, i was thinking of doing the jettings at some shop which do the MJ tunings. this can be done yes, but then again, it's a plug n pray method. after set, u hv to try n feel how is it. of course, after setting, u won't feel the diff but after riding for sometime n long distance then u feel if there is something wrong. then hv to go dwn some more to retune. don't like that cos time consuming so i chose the other path which is jd. now, i guess ur bike used to hv yoshi b4 n when last owner sell it off, he chg it back to stock exhaust. wat u can do is 1) save enough money to get an aftermarket pipe, 2) go to any workshop n just do a service carburator, then u can know what is inside.....

normal wash carb is $60.. so jettings are abt $10-20.. i dun sell them so i'm not sure abt the price..

but some bro had changed his jetting for $80.. then paid another $30 to swap it out with another size, as the previous one is not compatiable..

as previously mentioned.. it's not just the main jet..

it's also changing the pilot jet (culprit for backfiring after changing to after market exhaust)

carb needle and the float bowl screws that comes with the kit..

ya la bro. n most impt of all on top of the money spent, is the time spent to redo the things.....that's y it's called plug n pray...

If you have ever tried taking out your carb to do the jettings.. and then try and put the thing back.. you will know why there is a labour charge to changing the jets.

It can take you hours... for a first timer.

Dun think anyone would sell their side stand..

you can try Guan Hoe or KS Motors for OEM Suzuki Parts.

alternatively, you can bring your side stand for welding..

Or you can try to turn the speedo gear, so that the hole faces downwards..
