argh! my tank got puncture and it's all my fault!!

used a screw too long to that hold up my shroud and screw it too far in, thus puncturing my tank!! i must be the dumbest person in the drz community!

happened to me before bro..last time on my kdx...were fixing those colorful washer till it happened..petrol spewed out sumore...got the tank repaired cheapby welding dat leak hole up at a welding shop...cheap..but it works..shits does happens....

how much you all ordered the pipe for??? including inspection??

from what i heard is that u hav to bring the pipe for inspection yourself... cost ard 60-70+..

 

looks like GPR is the in thing now..

Im using the acerbis LED taillight...comes with brake light also, but it wont pass inspection, costs 45 or 55 from chong aik, maybe you can check it out..

Went to marina south for the drag race today....Totally flop man...First,the entrance to marina south was closed because of the "Drag race".Okay this was acceptable cos of Safety reasons given by the organisers.Secondly,there was no Redbull bike stunt demo at 9.45am since day 1 (Starts Sat),the redbull tent not a single soul around,how come???. Saw Team SpeedZone guys waiting at pavement with their freshly souped-up bikes,poor thing they dun even hav a proper place to display their bikes,waited for the whole day still cannot perform. Thirdly,there's no Karting demo and Mobile Sound competition.Lastly,the drag race was either postponed or cancel last minute due to the side barriers was not filled with water or sand! How can such a important event be ruined by poor planning? This was our Drag race held in Singapore for the very first time! I m so disappointed......

Yes utterly dissapointed with the organiser for the drag race comp

 

Imagine those overseas racers that flown in their cars and other private racers spent thousands modding their cars couldnt race it because some idoits from the organising committee didnt notice the need to fill up the safety barrier along the side of the race track.

 

Furthurmore heard that some racers didnt have a proper Tentage setup for them even though they had paid the same entry fee as other

 

Worst is the annoncements made cant even be heard properly because the organiser didnt put up enough loud speakers and the ones up are facing the wrong direction!

Total flop!!! A shameless day in singapore nearing the National Day!

 

I think SMSA or someone needs to comes up with an explaination!!!

The motoring scene in singapore just go went down the hill further more!

Thanks Ah Seng. I've seen those at chong aik and auntie shop but i'm looking for those with red LEDs inside and white see through covers. Sibei chio man!

have a newbie question to ask about the GPR pipe inspection..

 

i heard they will need to take a photo of the pipe with the number plate,but my acerbis (tail board?) not approved type lei..will it be a problem ?or they dun care one ?

From my understanding, what you have is the approved bulb version. When you go for the GPR inspection, they will only inspect your pipe and nothing else.
