hi just wana ask some aprilian here..where i can actually get the spare part like engine gasket , piston/p.ring,PV seal..for our ride ? Would like to change my p.ring and PV seal..maybe..so hope u guys recommend me where is the "spare part shop"

I've traveled about 2000km on my 'new' VHSB34mm carb. The other day i had an extreme whacking session with 'yag' at some restricted area "oooh" and well the aftermath left me with the sudden recurrance of that BLOODY IRRITATING DEATH of the engine between 5000-6500rpm.

Initially i did not have this when i put in the 34, well okay, it was almost COMPLETELY unnoticeable, but since Saturday, i feel like im riding a powered bicycle at 5k-6.5k rpm, unless of course give the throttle a good whacking.

Anyone ever experience this 'sudden change of engine mood' before?

Similar to alfian's problem but the thing is, mine was initially okay. I don't know whether to blame carburettor tuning, jet/needle settings, carbon deposits choking the exhaust or power valve, or gasket leakage ?

Someone please gimme an idea!

It is very difficult to tell from what u had listed. Better to let a good mech to test it and check for u. But don't let them to blind u too.

U can try Ideal Motor or first motor at ubi.

for spare part its better to go weida at rowell rd (cheap) or mah pte ltd at 1179 serangoon rd (original aprilia parts) . . . ideal at kaki bukit rd 1 may not have much of aprilia spares left . . .

Don;t buy from MAH. Anything you buy from them also no warranty. My bike just bought in Feb 08, spoil they say: "warranty? leave your bike here six months or more for warranty". Check with you all, piston (bought in Feb 08, stock, no mod to bike) crack got warranty? I just changed piston block from them, ask them got warranty, they say not official warranty. So no warranty again.

hi everyone!

just bought a 2nd-hand rs125 today, so i guess i'm the newest member as of now ;-)

my bike's outlook is quite bad, lots of dents and scratches. if i respray, is the workshop able to "sand down" the scratches, even those very deep ones?

otherwise, i'm thinking of changing a full set of fairings. can anyone advise me on where to get and install (new or 2nd-hand is fine, as long as condition is good)
