I dont geddit.. What's with everyone's facination with racing parts? Have you done some serious track sessions to really know what you need to squeeze out from the bike?

Well for my case is....

Cause when you wanna change an item , you will tend to wish to upgrade it, so here comes the Racing parts lol... besides the racing spark plug cap is about $4 more than a normal spark plug cap... Cheap to upgrade to "racing" item haha

hi guys,

anyone out there is using the NGK racing spark plug cap (Red) ? My bike which I brought from Alfian has splitfire spark plug cap on and the wiring is much thicker than stock.... I ask Alfian is the splitfire one good but he say he changed already no much difference... So anyone here using the NGk racing cap ? care to give me a short review, deciding to stay with the splitfire one or changed to the NGK racing cap...

I not sure which model is the splitfire cap, can only tell you the colour which is blue in colour and runs a thicker wiring than compared to stock...

Thanks in advance!

im using the NGK racing spark plug cap.wahh really make my bike fly to 330m/s.if any faster will break the speed of light.seriously i really cant tell the difference after 4 yrs of using it.maybe there is unnoticeable difference.

Bingo! I'm also curious. Why does everyone need racing parts? I did 2:01 at PG on a fully stock bike.

Well for my case is....

Cause when you wanna change an item , you will tend to wish to upgrade it, so here comes the Racing parts lol... besides the racing spark plug cap is about $4 more than a normal spark plug cap... Cheap to upgrade to "racing" item haha

Question is, why do you wanna upgrade it? Is your carburetion as good as it can be? Is there nowhere else you can get power out from?

I get 35km/L with full power on my stock 125cc. My acceleration is better than a 154cc purely from good carburetion.

Since it's cheap, don't waste our time and your time on discussions about whether this or that works. Just fcuking get it and test it out for yourself.

Talk is cheap. Do or don't. Just quit talking about it and just get it done.

That's how most of us learn. Time to grow up and join the men's club.

What? What izzit that I have that is of any significance?

It's not the bike or parts, bro. It's that fcuking hardcore envelope-pushing attitude.

Even I gotta back off from the corners you're attacking at full aggression. You should try a tighter sprocket ratio. With better acceleration, your lap times at Tuas will improve.

And we should meet up soon. I think I owe you lunch.

Believe nothing you hear; and only half of what you see.

Do or do not; there is no 'try'.

I want to try.

If and when I put my Arrow back on, and get my custom clutch lever stop made, you're more than welcome to.

Bike is boggy on low rpm on the Arrow's Special Edition stainless steel pipe at the moment... :cheeky:

I feel like getting a Derbi GPR 125 4-stroke as a transport bike...

I wanna get clutch lever too. Simple ones where I can change settings for different purposes.. Heard from another ARC member that it cost around 100+ only.. Next month, after start premixing I'll probably try a domino throttle too just to see what all the rave is about. I better ask my younger bro since he got that for his KRR and is on premix.

Hi Guys,

anything I should get from taiwan? Are bike gears cheaper there?

You might wanna buy this awesome helmet -

http://www.webbikeworld.com/r2/motorcycle-helmet/gmax/gm68s/

If you have room in your check-in or carry-on bag, please help me buy one! :cheeky: (I am a size S or 55-56cm head size) Black with flip tint shield (not flat black pls)

http://www.gmaxhelmet.com/

It's one of the hottest selling helmet in US, but it's made in Taiwan!

Also, you can find plenty of cheap and well-made riding gear in TW, and the best thing is, most apparel fit us as they follow Asian sizing.

I also bought my KOSO RX-2 meters from Taiwan.

Aww bro, come on! Let's just give it a try. I doubt you are going to put ur old Arrow back.. And you dont need that custom clutch to play.

I want to see how a Polini matches against your bike. Just a friendly try, at some secret location, at some secret time. :p

I think your bike now should be more then good enough since you said that there's just a minor flatspot?? The polini isnt that easy to tune as well. I think an even bigger flatspot.

I really need this. Then if really a rotax 122 can beat a Polini 154, I dont have to waste the money to get it! :)

Compare to Ti-Tech, the X-lite X802RR have more air flow above your head and really can be feeled! I just get one and feel the air flow better than Ti-Tech and OGK FF5. But i had heard that some small mod can make Ti-Tech more sensiable air flow.....just considering give it a try or not....

Overall speaking, the X-lite X802RR have smaller outter size, more comfortable(not that hardcore) feeling of wear compare to Ti-Tech(but still provide good aero dynamic stability to 140+km/hr) and cheaper. If you are not a Rossi hardcore fan i do recommand X-lite as a good choice.

well, the top part of the inner pad have some nets to cover the air ducts. What i heard is to remove those nets then you will feel the air moving above your head, but anyway when bike is moving i feel Ti-Tech's air exchange is ok. You won't feel it but it works. However X802RR the two big month up there really can make you feel the air is coming in, i dun have experience of SHOEI X-11 which claimed the best air flow helmet but this X802RR is really very nice one. I got it for Lorenzo paint but it surprised me, now i wanna see how much improve AGV got in thir GP-Tech.:)
