haha don't make me hungry.... oh well anyways to rider : I never install the sliders in the end because I don't have the extra money to experiment new toys lol but I think if you really afraid get race fairing... they cost 9xx+ if I am not wrong and your stock fairing can keep at home... easier to sell your bike in the future as well...

Come to think of it I'm getting hungry.... I think I'll go out for char kway teow... Wanna join me?

Motovation sliders dun need to drill frame. They just add a bracket from the engine mounting . Slider are meant to protect against low side skid and never meant to protect againt direct high side impact .

but if kena such direct high side impact , most prob with or w/o sliders , the bike be in a condition to scrap. :pity:

Eg The type of damages done in 2 different situation

1)bike sliding on its side after falling and coming to a stop

2)bike slide and hit kerb/barrier

Or even most suay suay situation , bike fall/flip and sliders hit the kerb/barrier directly at an awkward angle, this type of situation then slider will be have bad effect on frame. But under this type of accident , the damage done by the sliders would be the least concern.

Just dun connect the sliders directly to main frame can already.

those tat no need to drill frame only applicable on RS125 '06 and above . . . those riding RS125 '05 and below need to drill to fit the fairing sliders . . .

ohh thats not bad for the 06 models n above..... my friend say motivation actually provides free upgrade of brackets whenever other users fell and the bracket design did'nt work... this I feel its a very good after-sale service provided... however I just don't have the extra moolah to throw in there considering I still have quite alot of accessoriess to be brought instead... Just my 2cents ! Cosmetic wise it looks not bad honesltly haha

Was cleaning the powervalve in my girlfriend's RS125 today and I realised why she loved working on her own bike, and is usually done faster than I am.

Her nicely jetted bike makes valve servicing a breeze!

The last valve servicing was done about 3 weeks ago.

A correctly jetted carb makes a tremendous difference in the torque, midrange pull, top-end pull, and over-rev of your engine. If you have never jetted your bike correctly, you will almost certainly gain some performance at some point in the bike's powerband.

A cleanly jetted pilot circuit can be the difference between having to clutch the bike out of a turn or not. The needle can make all the difference in the world for the power of the machine in most situations, as it controls the throttle range that most riders spend most of their time using.

Sadly, I'm soo free lately but not enough moolah to go out and buy jets to mess around.

Its been 2 months since I last wash anything on the bike :p

Valve has been opening and closing without a problem. All it needs is to get up to the proper temp before trying to pull 8k^

I think tomorrow I'm gonna clean up the bike throughly and remove the damn P Plate since its time is up :p

Hi all, I'm here for a while with work - normally live in the UK. I have an RSV Factory back home and am missing it sooo much! Are there any shops that sell parts for Aprilia's in Singapore? I'm looking for some new exhausts if anyone knows shops that sell them for RSVs? Thanks. Sam. Here's a pic - hope you like her!

Yes. Under advertiser thread, look for HKL. This workshop recently just fixed up 2 RSV with full system. U can look for their chief mechanic, Ah Xiong.
