Is the strap of the backpack waterproof too?

To your point of view a very ideal and super weather proof?

 

its trustworthy, but it uses rain cover. but doubt its super-weather proof.

with inspection is around 720.

performace wise, up by 5-10 km/hr.

so its not really impressive
