Look for any signs of bike running too lean. when the bike is running, any white smoke from the pipe???

I just polish my stock exhaust. The guard piece with Turtle Wax Chrome Polish.

Now like new and no rust. Just like new...

 

Change the headlight bulbs. Damm difficult and one of it not working well.

 

Going to Limbatt on Sunday between 10-12. Anyone interested?

I got the filter from Zack83. Recycled. Fixed and tuned at HLC for labour fee.

Unique selling at 90. Forumer Phantom150 selling cheaper but temporary no stock.

Turtle Wax Chrome Polish can remove rust ?? if can i also feel like getting a bottle too, for my kickstart etc

hello riders. my bike has been experiencing a problem with starting up for quite some time. after heavy rain or being un-used for 3-4 days, it isery difficult to start my bike. EO and spark plug is well maintained. after i manage to sart my bike, when i throttle, the bike dies again. if i open choke and throttle, the revving is very unstable and exaust keeps backfiring. anyone here has the same encounter? any ideas to where the fault lies?

(Cold Engine Issue, it does not happen when eninge is warmed up?)

It is normal as battery lose their charge even when left untouched.

Also probably after a few days EO starts to solidfy thus difficult to start and engine will die off.

Just let it warm up and ride. Things should be fine.

If ur using stock battery I suggest that as one of the things to change...

 

For backfire u need to tune ur carb...

U mean fuel consumption? U lost a lot of weight?

Anything special with ur bike?

 

Is ur calculation based on Mileage travel (Difference in Mileage between refills) divide by consumption (Refill amount)?

nothing special with bike, everything is stock except for GPR exhaust and tuning done by Ah beng

LOL... Just kidding.

Yuasa is my trusted brand.

The last time I change at bikewerkz no stock so they recommend Shinco. Still good.

Some brand like GPR (Very Cheap) really cannot make it. Insufficient voltage.

I think u can easily request carb tuning for free from the person who fix the pipe from u. Easy job but requires skill with the screws for various settings...

 

I had my carb tuned cos of new air in flow and I believed my FC very bad so I asked the mechanic to tune.
