Lets dun assume on the coffee part and give him a chance coz or else he wont ask for the meet up to be on Sunday.

Haha...A successful meetup achieved just now at Kallang McDonalds. Though the weather is unpredictable some buggers came in wet and some not a single droplets falls onto theirs.

I think U need to do some rewiring on ur spotlights wire. Or maybe U can bring along one small portable Fire-Ext in ur medic box!

Better to send your bike to bikeshop for examine. (Remember to ask the mechanic who did your wiring, go and enrol himself to school and study electrical course again.)

1. The wire arrangement is in a mess.

2. No fuse connected to the electrical circuit.

 

If I am not wrong, one of the positive wire is short to negetive, large amount of current flow from positive to negetive but there is no fuse to break the circuit, the wire get overloaded and burned. Luckily wire burned, if battery drained off, you have to push bike liao.

Go back to ask them to check again? omg...

If given a choice, I'll not go back there again... nvr in my life...

Hope is not from those sbf make famous shop again... :faint:

 

Base on my little experiance, smoke came out due to burning of wire insulater.

Usually cause by over rated current tat generate large amount of heat than the wire can take.

It is even more dangerous when the heat is near to fuel system... higher chance of creating a fire

 

Dun worry abt bats pushing bike.... he is rich enough to call tow truck to tow for him to bikeshop.
