L4D Session this coming sat ????

 

Can...I come back from my Kuala Lumpur bike trip then i join u in the night...:D

 

wa. seem lyk u all enjoy hor. lol.

 

U can join us de mah...:lol:

 

but can claim his insurance rite??

 

claim insurance is more then private claim??

 

but if my bike front chui only can claim alot alot meh??

 

Any experts care to enlighten this ?

 

still ok lo...got 4 days MC...yesterday ambulance came...then TP oso involve...

 

Tink got TP involve better bah...At least got black and white of the accident...But juz like PaLmEr mentioned, better to inform ur insurer ASAP.

thx guys...i'm fine..juz bruise on knee and chest...then near the neck swollen..left hand cant stretch..get up of bed need around 5-10mins...

 

the car tat knock mi down at first quarrel wif another car on the 3rd lane..after quarrel he get up his car...then he nv signal juz swerve out..as u all noe..if the car swerve out they will go to 2nd lane..and i was at 2nd lane...so i quickly go to 1st lane...who noes...he swerve to 1st lane..try to brake..but his right tail side of the car hit my left front side...then i buang liao..more worst is i pillion my gf..lucky her elbow and ankle some bruises...

 

the accident took place along the long stretch of rd towards macritchie reservoir (sorry ah dunno how to spell)...sianz...now my bike dunno how le...

 

btw ah...i dunno how to cliam leh...and last nite tat driver came to my hse and see mi...he say will settle privately..and damages and medical fee he pay...

 

cos he involve in another accident, so dun wan to have his insurance premium UP ALOT by next year.

 

Hw much he offer u? Do write down in BLACK AND WHITE, WITH A 3rd PARTY WITNESS.

Or bring him go a bikeshop with u and get e quote for all e repairs.

So he know u r nt trying to play punk with him.

If he is a gentlemen, then let him pay for e medical n repairs.

 

 

Unless he is an A$$hole, then u do this.

If he try to 'eat' u, then REJECT all his offer. DUN AGREE or SIGN ANYTHING.

Just let ur bikeshop / insurance go settle EVERYTHING WITH HIM.

 

Most impt is UR REPORT to TP. Must make it like HIS MISTAKE, if nt, chances of u r RIGHT is very low.

 

Most prob, this type of case, takes a few months. So just take this time to rest well.

This depend on ur motor insurance, plus ur TP report. If TP says u win, then ALL DAMAGES will be paid by HIS insurance co.

If 50-50, then u wont claim all.

If u lose.... then u pay ur own damage, plus his damage.

 

Do keep all receipt, ur Medical receipt, taxi receipt....etc

 

Some 1 do correct me if i say wrongly.

Wat is ur front damage?

Mud guard, 2 fork, suspension, meter, front rim, engine, mirror, handle bar, oil tank?

 

think tt bugger see ur repair bill, he also *faint* :faint:

Cos he got his own damage also.... :dot:

 

 

 

 

Keep us updated.

And also see wat ur bikeshop says about this.

 

Think ur gf parent also will nag at u.

At e meantime, just concentrate on ur recuperation.
