I nv encounter any prob leh... If i am not wrong mine is 35Watt... Maybe ur butt is 55Watt??? Some headlight cover can't take 55Watt and will cause the cover to melt a little... Correct me if i am wrong...

 

mm dunno what watt .. my fren go play with my headlight :faint: .. now looks like a bit melt .. let you see if got meet up LOL ...

i think the mech nvr do it nicely tat why brake jam.i last time also like tat.ask your friend bring back to the shop and ask them to do it FOC.

shop say is the O-ring wear and tear... needed to change... $35...
