pulley cap just hold 2 cables of PV..

if it melted..

just change the pulley cap..

 

tips 4 making servo live longer..

always check dat battery is in gud condition..

do not let pv in the blok stuck bcoz of carbon..

it will make servo work harder than normally...

 

to prevent carbon in the blok...

service regularly or use 2t tcw3 like pennzoil marine or maxoil 2ttcw3...

more smoke will come from ur bikes...

 

try to think the minor thing b4 the major thing..

maybe teeth in the servo is broke or...

your pv cable very tight..

Mine had done a decarbonise... But still the smoke is thick...

 

But it doesnt affect the performance. Latest, PV bracket & oil seal broken. It caused oil leak within the PV.

 

Guys... Give some comments on the K & N filter for tzm. Lets take standard mods (Block port, carburetor bigger than stock size & full system pipe) as a comparison chart rather than stock with K & N filter. Any idea.

 

I realise this exactly size-mount on has phased out... But particularly, there are still some left over in the market... Feel free to comment on it. I heard installing this K & N affect your top but boost your low end.

your engine oil is getting up to piston (kebuk pembakaran) n caused a heavy smoke...

did increase your bikes top end???

Will get it checked on the crank case oil seal. Opened up engine afew times but didnt find any fouls on the engine part.

 

As for the K & N filter... Some of our tzms tried but most are stock machine. Seldom has any on standard mods has tried like me . I havent tested the top speed of it but Im sure that the smoothness is there... Comparing stock moded airbox... You wouldnt feel any draggy feeling when the valve opens... It becomes more smooth and sound louder den moded airbox.

 

Im using 31mm carb.

 

Last servicing found out plug foul. With white stain... Too less oil. Increased the jet.

yes... my pipe also full of smoke... so i think my pipe full of carbon.. my block and pv just change new one... so it should be pipe full of carbon... i just hate the sangkut2 .... damn it...

the cheapest we've heard of is an (ft or fs plate forget already) 1.8k.. haha... either den that prolly round 3 k..

check jetting. now im using a bigger one like sangkut2 also but not as bad. but last time i change jetting smaller than standard, happy siak the rpm go up but the response is kinda boring..

he told me fs tzm now 3.8... there was an fr going 3.3,...(all still machine price uh!)
