Can anyone recommend where to get the Ducati jackets... besides the obvious agent... Thanks ;P

It was a cloudy sunday morning and I set off from home at 8:45am in anticipation of a great ride with our fellow Ducati riders in Singapore...

 

Sunday morning traffic was a breeze... Arriving at Newton Circus at exactly 9:00am, I noticed that all our fellow SBF ducati riders were already there!

 

Lanz(748R), Red rocket(998), Nap^Tune(1098) (with nice make up), Fesa7044(1098S TC) all waiting at the carpark....

Since we are still early, I took down some pictures of the bikes...

All in all, there are about 30 bikes,

Ducati monster,streetfighter to st2/st4 & a ss900,multistrada,996sps,998,748r,848,1098,1098s & last but not least 1098tc

 

Non Dukes bikes,a super 4,a goldwing 1800, a bmw 1200GS, an Aprilia Tuono.

 

 

 

Before the Push off at 9:30am, Sven Cederquist (DOCs former President) Gave a short briefing to all riders on the route to take.

Sven is now 70 years old and still riding his 848 and travels from his home in Malacca for Ducati events organised by the club.

 

The briefing was short and sharp and the Ride starts at exactly 9:30 am

The Event ended after brief speech by Sven to remember fellow ducati riders who had passed away due to accidents while riding. A reminder to all bikers how fragile bikers are in this world. Do ride with utmost care everytime you are on the bike.

so why is the S.S. out of commission?

drop by raymond's place,he 'll sort u out.specialised in pre 999 ranch.

noe of a S.S.locally with white trellis plus a staintune zorst,really wicked bark! ,can really wake up the dead.

80s duke superbike really does 've a presence,u should get it running & bring it out more often.

I must say i'm the most un-prepared rider that day... no gloves, no jackets, no mirrors, no brake lights... really worked on a tight schedule getting all the stuff mounted back on the bike after track... so much so that I only realise that I forgot to collect the gloves and jacket from my friend on Sunday morning...

thanks. mine is out of commission because battery is flat haha... waiting for termis to arrive from italy, so want to install and re-charge at one go, but the shipment has been delayed, so just staring at the bike for now... mine is a white trellis model as well. saw the photos of the ride, looks like the 900ss there is the newer post 99 model.

Haha that would be me! Except i quit smoking (2yrs 5mnths and counting! yay!) and only cuss alot with people I know well especially guys (those I think who can take it)......... also when I'm really pissed! Seems quitting smoking didn't eliminate my foul mouth!

since d memorial ride got a unanimously thumbs up by everybody,i would like to arrange for a charity ride dis weekend,since dis ride is officially for ducati club members,i 've ask permission to bring along some guest.so ppl who like juliannks says he really regret never come on sunday or by conjurer
