As a "Stupid" angmoh myself I need to take offence. I know loads of people, both Angmoh and not who try to 'bs' when they pulled over on road.

 

Reason they are becoming strict is not down to Angmoh's or even Ducati's - reason is unknown but it's across all bikes. Many more Harley guys complaining at moment than Ducati guys.

 

So you tried to put silencers in on your termi's and wonder why it dun get passed??? And that's an Angmoh's fault?? Who told you about this "stupid" Angmoh, the Uncle at testing station??? Put original system on and it will pass. I've had multiple Ducati's and the only one that passed inspection with termi's was my Hyper slip-on.

Is your ang moh status getting too into you? Unlike ang moh, we asian jokes and forget about it. Dont take all our words literally. What mirror relocation kits are you referring to?

 

Remove the stock handle bar mirror and relocate them with ducati mirror adapter?

guys.. just FYI to u all. I got stop by LTA yesterday evening while i am on my way hm.. of cause my arrow is without DB killer but so far i am quite lucky until yesterady. I got stop and str forward he wan to fine me formy slip on without DB..

 

I crap some story out and luckily i got fine for signal light... so guys.. because while u r on the road.. duc will be at least 3 times louder than mine..

 

Wow!... perhaps you can share what you told him to let you off the hook. )))

Just ask my mechanic send my bike for inspection. Put in d silencer, yet result comes out fail.

Apparently there was 1 stupid angmoh got caught on d road for termis n told d authority they y the termis are not approved since he passed his inspection. Now d inspection centres are very strict towards dukes inspection all thanks to this angmoh. Wtf!

 

Anyway weather are hot nowsaday so are our bikes.

So time for some chilling session!!!!

My SS also due for annual inspection, Dr Ray told me must put back stock pipes then can send. This Sat morning sending my bike in.

Bro..could always replace with Rizoma bars and mirrors from Motoworld..was there last week, they got shiny new Rizoma stand. My Hyper had these on when I bought it - I found the small rectangular mirrors looked good but weren't really practical..but they should have a lot of mirror options.

All the hype is simply because of the freshies in the LTA enforcement unit..when u're new,u gonna get over excited plus wanna impress new bosses so much so obviously they go all out to summon us..i've been stopped by the old timers and none mentioned abt my termis.surprisingly had good short conversations with them abt the bike.

Dont rush into things. Go to ebay and look around. One of the guy is selling DP mirror adaptor too. There are few options to relocating our mirrors. I used brembo adaptor and sparks 135 mirror. Cheap and extremely useful. Screw those rizoma mirrors. Just for form and served no function. Oh...risk to theft. What for? I love to mod my bikes but there are several things i like it to serve basic function on safety.

 

You can call up minerva and speak to joe. He will be very glad to help you because he rides a motard as well.

ok i lie abt me being a 2nd owner which i bought my bike in dec (that is when my inspection was done for my slip on) than he just not shy and put his finger through my slip on's hole and said there is not DB inside so i need to fine u...

 

than i say i really dont know i serivce my bike yesterday and i got receipt to proof, maybe bike shop took out and never put back.. i really dont know anything. I can go back bike shop do and send for inspection if u want. He say ok no need, he give me a chance. He walk 1 round my bike and tell me that LED signal light is illegal and my fender also fail for inspection. U wanna to find me for both signal and fender but i ask him give me chance.. in the end he say ok la.. i fine u for signal only.. pls go do it up after the fine...

 

so guys.. pls because on the road.. so go too high on RPM.. if not the LTA will love to stop u. I will need to put back my DB by tonight..

I prefer knowledge sharing to the community. if u notice in the past few months, lots of cub-kia also got kick ass exhaust, maybe thats why they are clamping down.

Cub kias with those exhaust mod should stop wasting their time imo. The sound that small bikes with aftermarket exhausts makes is irritation. Not like ours, it's music... They should ban all bikes below 400cc for all exhaust mods

Lol. I reckon tat. Their exhaust sound is almost as noisy as ours. Just tat d pitch is different. The oni thing i dun like is those 2t bikes where they pour alot to their fuel tank. In d end the smoke come out is like fogging effect.

Lol , I tot they can be used on my china Fairing so I bought them, they shorter den the dzus set so can't fit . But I'm sure race Fairing should be no problem
