Although they have put up the barriers, I still see some motorists ride over the pavement, pass by the barriers. Hehe... So ya considered ICA Building parking is "FOC".

 

That's typical.

 

The reason is more likely to do with the hourly parking for cars. No one can estimate what's the waiting time to get served by the ICA. Many get fined because they put one hour's worth of coupons and then their queue time takes longer.

 

Looks like for cars, it works for their advantage.

If FOC, opp Peninsular Plaza got one hotel. Just go into that lane and at the end got like MSCP. That one free... If still unsure what im saying, when you will see ALOT of pigeons there, that mean thats the place. Lol!

Yeah, and it scared the s**t out of my wife. Now we seldom park there already. Velocity, just at the pavement near to starbucks or coffee bean. Cant remember exactly thou. There's quite a few bikes park there cus it's just behind the bushes. So hide hide abit. Hahaha...
