and also, the application of this gel onto the tires needs some professional who really knows and not those who knows a bit and tries their luck on your tyre... cus to distribute the gel evenly out is quite difficult... :)

this application was indeed in Sg for some time... but there was no respond and it was closed down... due to the pricing wise... alot of u will be interested seeing those vids but after hearing the price... u will not be interested anymore... haha the application isnt dat troublesome... but to clean up the mess when u change a new set of tyre is the tricky part...

ic.. oh well.

cheap good fast, choose any 2 - standard.

1 pair of tires for the price of 2 pairs indeed sounds hiong. as in the gel itself ald cost another pair of tires?

the pro is talking...

im not pro la... jus dat i ever talked to the distributor regarding the product, wanted to do a MO for dat...

by the way pichudot, nice panniers u got there. u using sw motech or HnB brackets?

wat i remember was the damaged should be closed to $100 if i dun remember wrongly... as it was ages ago...

basically wat i remember when i talked to the distributor of singapore previously was dat the gel u apply in the tyre will forever be a liquid in the tyre and when the tyre gets puntured, u have to ride on and the air pressure in the tyre will force the liquid flows into the hole to fill up the hole...

when u park the bike over the night the liquid stop flowing will becomes a puddle in the base of the tyre, until u have ride for some time den the liquid will fill up the inner of the tyre. and the start of the ride will be slightly affected due to the liquids in the tyre.

For tyres, my main concerns are reasonable price, grip and mileage.

Puncture resistance is never a concern.

Tyres dun puncture every now and then, and when did, most of the time just need a small $5 repair job and good to go.

To buy a tyre that might cost twice as much does not makes much economical sense to me. :)

hmmmm... depends on the application, if this set of tyres use on touring I find it ideal... if it to be use on sillypore road, well chances that we hit a nail on the road kind of slim. But great invention! :thumb:

read in Cycle World mag that they conducted the same "bed of nails" tests and they found a lot of holes in their rhino tyres. the bike was whack hard afterwards and left overnight. Some holes were sealed but there were still some tiny holes the next day and tyres were losing pressure.
