urs is the yellow corona paintwork one?...the switch good condition?...ah chong selling $50 inclusive of installation i think..is that ex or cheap?

 

such an easy thing to install better for you to do yourself rather than wait behind the queue of people waiting to do their own stuff.

On the bright side..You get to feel the power of a 400..Me..I'm still ridin my tiny bike..Still contemplatin if I should take up a friend's 400..But..I'm quite happy as of now..

guys, i'm tinking of getting a gsxr400. i knw its quite a old model. so i like to chk with you guys average how much need to spend if sending 1 for overhaul? so i can aga the budget. thanks alot!

btw my ex bike parts really lelong siah so fast so many tings gone..

 

FOr the singnal switch go direct to suzuki supplier best i tink i hear its like $30 brand new if i am not wrong ya..

a good ear helps.

 

You if you hear gremlins from the engine (ignore the exhaust thumping!), then dont purchase.

 

listen for metal-to-metal rubbing screeches, the dings of loose bearings, etc etc.

 

Dishonest shops can hide the sounds by overfilling the engine with EO, to dull the sounds.

 

if all else fails, bring a friend.

hmm...suzuki supplier as in KS motors and guan hoe right?...i checked with both shops..i think its slightly more than $100 for a brand new original signal switch....LAB is selling around $90...not sure if its the original one though
