hi everyone. i juz got my r15 abt 2 wks ago. still in the running in stage. was juz wondering abt the servicing n all. the manual says first service at 1000km but i read the previous posts n many of u service at 500km. wats the right thing to do? pls advice..cheers.

I guess to each his/her own ba..its up to the rider and the ride..Best is to follow manual since it is written by the makers and they know whats best for the machine. On a personal note, I did my servicing @ 1000, 3000 and 10,000. Afterwhich, simple servicing is D.I.Y one le. Major ones then send to my shop. All the best with your ride and looking forward to seeing you in the next outing!

Used on my CBR4 for about 200km. I just changed to HID with Halogen bulb attached.
