the aetos guys there dun have authority to go thru passport and verify our ID, that job is being done by ICA at primary clearance.

they didnt have the authority? i kena once cos still newbie n panicky, was asked to park my bike one side, open up my seat, check my bike for any mods, etc. browsed thru my passport, couldn't find anything, then let me go.

yup that's singapore btw just to share . 2nd link malaysia custom had started to collect finger print ,2 index finger both at the same time to clear the custom . cute

Can convict a man of murder base on finger print on a weapon, but cannot confirm if the man on the bike is the same as the man with the thumb print at the counter, must take off helmet then can....

I had rode behind an uncle who bought murtabaks from JB. As he passed customs, the Malay custom officer confiscated his murtabaks, telling him that such food is not allowed to be brought in. The uncle gave a resigned shrug, told the officer to throw the food away for him and rode off. The officer gleefully walked to his other colleagues, raised the packets of murtabaks and uttered, "Rezeki, rezeki" to them...

okay for that, the customs officer is being a huge a hole. yeah if i were the pakcik, i would spit and fling snot into it. haram haram. i think its a pre-requisite these days to be rude and an a hole to be working in customs. they need tons of courses in how to work in a service sector. sheesh
