u want my honest reply? i think there's nothing u can do... u got no evidence to prove mech scratched ur bike and u signed no contract saying that if ur problem is not rectified they will rectify it for free...

all u can do now is wat others, including me do... just blacklist the shop and see if somewhere else can solve the prob... take the money paid as a small lesson not to go that shop again... u'll end up like me, only got 2-3 shops in mind at the moment... the rest all blacklisted... hahaha

Did u mentioned u had an accident that caused the handlebar to go out of alignment? And did the accident caused the basket to scratch the black plastic panel? If so, then I think cannot claim Yamaha liao. :goodluck:

You mean "Lagenda"? There are 2 Lagendas out there - the first one to come out is "SR Lagenda", 100++cc, was sold in Singapore before sparkz a few years ago. Later, another one call "Lagenda", 113cc, same outlook and specifications as the current sparkz, except different colour design. Both lagendas are Malaysia made.

The only thing I don't understand is: Sparkz is Malaysia or Thailand made?

Posted

I REPEAT

sparkz and lagenda is same 110cc that range

sparkz from thai

lagenda from malaysia

both same 100% except stickers

now have anyone seen malaysian latest lagenda

sports blue

they have two version

sports blue

and

R1 lagenda

yamaha motor show malaysia

did anyone see new scooter

in thai = yamaha mio

in msia = yamaha ego

bothe same

but malaysian bikes are made with all high end ....comes with sports rim and other stuff

malaysia and singapore same dealer = hong leong

must visit

http://fairizuan.fotopages.com/?entry=205648

but i wonder why spore does not want to bring in malaysian bikes

they prefer thai bikes

but thai made bikes are less THRILLING

There is another Lagenda known as SR Lagenda, 102cc. Commonly mixed up with Lagenda. Even its sticker also mixed up (front reads SR Lagenda, side reads Lagenda).

Confirm info 100% correct.

the sratches r not from accident, from poor workmanship and bo sim of the mechanic, yamaha not customer oriented.
