Sunday 3rd Oct 2010, 9 AM till evening.

 

1. 125cc 2 Stroke Open Series (modified Y125Zs).

2. 135cc 4 Stroke Open Series (modified Spark 135s)

4. 400cc Open Series (any modified bike up to 400cc class, KR150s, RS250s, Superfours, DRZs etc)

5. 600cc Supersports

6. 1000cc Superbikes.

 

Race 1 in the morning and Race 2 in the afternoon.

 

Johor Racing Club are also running their bike and car races on the same day.

 

So there is plenty of racing action to see.

I have a question about total engine shut down.

 

I started my R1 engine travelled 4 meters the engine stalled, turn ignition on off on...no electrical response. Completely dead.

 

Any idea or experience like this? Thanks ..

Bros, do you know the sound before you turn on your ignition and it goes on twice like, "ttteet, ttteeet" before you crank your starter? Btw I am on R1'07. Mine have a funny sound that is not used to be. It goes on the second "ttteet..." and doesn't stop. But still I have to crank my bike. Anyone experience this before? I usually ride on weekends only. Is it due to under usage? Anyone experts can advise.

that means your valve motor is going to spoil soon .... but its not a major issue. u can opt to remove it completely ....

my friend tat time oso... "ttteeet" non stop when ignition on.... went back to hong leong to do coz still under warranty tat time 08model... yupZz.. nothing one i heard... cable loose or something right>?

Mine happens whenever I wanna start after a week of not riding. After a few rides, then the thing goes back to normal. Intermittent. Talking about warranty, how do we check our warranty period? Usually how long is the warranty?

yes it means when u on the ignition there is no more sound.

 

if u want to replace the valve motor it costs about 300+ if i not wrong but there is no gurantee that it will not be spoil again.

 

removing it will have more direct flow as there wont be anything to control or restrict the air flow from your exhaust. meaning that power comes direct and straight through

 

the only down side is that fuel consumption might be slightly higher

 

It doesn't affect the whole valve systems right? I hope not.

 

for those who install full system, u will need to remove the valve motor .... the valve motor is there to just help deliver a smoother power only
