Sure, but I have too much fun in Singapore already. (yeah right).

Anyway, wanted to share my wierdest supper experience ever.

We were flying RC helicopter and driving a RC truck around and decided to head to Mustafa Centre halfway across the island to enjoy some homely Indian style fast food (with teh halia) and shop for more RC helicopters at Mustafa Centre.

I got a nice Aishwarya Rai DVD too :3

It was getting really late and we hopped in the car to escape. As soon as we turned out we encountered a drunk elderly Chinese gentleman jaywalking blindly across the road apparently to the tune of some Michael Jackson moonwalking dance or something. (albeit in slow motion)

Nabil15 the driver heroically switched on the hazards and physically shielded the man from being run over by speeding cars and taxis. The other road users were thankfully on a sharp lookout (this is fairly common here as I understand) and avoided us by a fair margin.

Just when the man was about to reach safety on the other side of the road he was confronted by a Caucasian who brushed past him and told him loudly to "Hey, get real! You're crossing a damned road!".

We observed the Chinese man misunderstand his Caucasian counterpart and they started to threaten each other verbally and physically. I gave instruction to pull over immediately and I'll defuse the situation.

I dismounted, jogged to the scene of the argument 20m away and ordered the Caucasian to "walk away now, we'll handle this. Cops are on standby" (I had 999 on my phone ready to dial, and Nabil's friend trying to flag down passersby to call for help)

Initially there was some defiance as to my self-given authority but the Caucasian man thankfully stopped arguing with the poor confused and drunk Chinese gentleman without further protest. I consoled him in Chinese saying that I'm on his side and there's no need to start a fight and continued talking to him as he tried to pull over this really elderly passersby in his late eighties riding a bicycle, got him to 'disengage' and walk away from the scene as well because the Caucasian man earlier, perhaps concerned of the situation, was apparently calling for the cops.

Once my "client" was safely clear we jumped into our mysterious; black MPV and sped off not risking further attention.

If you hear or read about some disturbance near Mustafa Centre last night attended to by a long-haired vigilante in black that's me :p Maybe it is "wrong" for the drunk Chinese gent to act like that but even so we shouldn't provoke a fight just for the hell of it. That spurred my thought to intervene as the Caucasian appeared to us as trying to gain something out of the exchange. One yelling in English the other yelling in Mandarin and I just yelled at both in both languages!

If the Chinese man were to strike out first he'd most likely lose to the non-drunk and much larger Caucasian, who can most likely claim he was "Assaulted by a drunk fellow and defended himself". Which to me is not equitable in terms of humanity.

Now where's my sheriff's decals for the bike?

hey guys, anyone know if they is smth like a jeans, but made for riding.

with protective padding on knees and all?

Yup. The A22 motorcycle armor pants.

Thats the one I wear when I go on long trips. Wear that and jeans on the outside. Its hi tech dupont mesh so its cool and comfortable. Even has side armor and tailbone armor. Complete lower protection. Below that I wear O'Neal's shorty boots for feet protection. A perfect match in terms of armor coverage cos one starts where the other ends. You might wanna look at that. Ride smart bro. Better safe than sorry.

Lately been very busy with my new job and had to cancel a few appt cos of fear of my rides taking up too much time. Apologize for not being able to join you guys for now. Once I am settled into my new job I will be back. Thats a promise. You all ride safe and have a wonderful time. See you all in a month or two.

I still have not decided which bike to buy when I finally pass 2A. Should I get S4, GSR400 or DRZ400SM? Grrrr. So many pros and cons for each bike. Its enough to give a biker white hair. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kobesingh you have no idea how much I want to join you guys to melaka. Really. If I can I would leave to go there right now. But due to my new job, the schedule is not out yet so I don't even know when my off day will be so I can't confirm anything at this point in time. Will have to play it by ear and cross the bridge when I come to it. Rest assured that if I am able to go I will be the first off the starting line bro.
