its a damn fast bike for sure, parts still available from the suzuki dealer. but i dont think its worth so much now. even in msia the N model also worth abt RM5k oni. spore should be cheaper by half.

Yesterday was history, tomorrow is mystery, today is a blessing. I love today.

if i'm not wrong, aprilia bought over the suzuki engine and the production for rgv stopped and aprilia continue to produce 250s..

parts are available but its pricey lah..

If you can find a good condition one, go for it.. Performance wise same as rs250. 55hp at the wheels in good, stock condition. Loved it to bits..

However, due to its age, I'll suppose you'll want it more for its looks than for its performance.. Cos an aprillia rs250 is newer and offers the same power.

The 92 model is an M model.

cheers

They alwasy have the prob of valve dropping... The valve set is VERY expensive.. Howabout $500 just for the 4 set of pv blades for the parts alone. Minuis labour and the rest of the misc parts such as springs and etc.. And they're pretty fond of dropping into the cylinder and killing a piston or two in the process (if you're lucky, if not cylinders as well).

Be sure to check for the engione vibration.. Engine vibration at standstill should be minimal. If shaking violently, then the crank is a goner..

And the rest of the usual two stroke stuffs to check as well ie: piston noise, clutch noise, bearings etc..

Parts can be readily avail though.. Cheaer dan rs items too... Your consolation..

hope it helps..
