hey my dads pe st11 has an issue, ignition switch turn but dash light no lights. any solution?

 

ignition relay checked, 30amp main fuse checked, ignition fuse checked. headache man. too dry to send for shop repair coz hari raya use too much money

 

any of u guys encounter this before?
