Hey guys...

 

Ans is back!!! =0) Just touched down today..

 

Missing my ride and it is still now at office so it's only tmw when I will get to see him.. I hope he will still start after almost 3 weeks..

 

Anyhow, the booking how? Any other civil servant around who can book? I will be flying off again this sunday..

I found out to install the alarm, it cost roughly $20 thereabouts at bike shop. Friend just installed a spy-like one

i came across this...its a hybrid of the MT-01 with TDM engine.not sure this is a prototype or photoshop.Its MT-02.wow...this got to be good...inverted fork...but...why didnt yamaha attempt on the tenere look with the TDM engine...wtf...i would die for that...

The 900cc parallel twin from TDM features less power and torque than MT-01, but also less weight and bulk. MT-02 should be the sportiest of the MT range and would place itself nicely in between the 01 and 03.

Yamaha launched the very stylish MT-01 in 2005. It featured the 1.700cc V-twin from the Wild Star muscle cruiser the same year as the 1.900cc Midnight Star was launched. The design was industrial, much in the lines of how the US Southern bike firm Confederate builds their much more exclusive sports roadsters. They have more in common than design clues, both Confederate and the range topping MT features a tuned V-twin originally built to power cruisers.

btw..the other time in this thread during bara's time, i think i saw a pic of a so called new TDM...a little diff looks but quite firece but didnt materialise. Nice to have interchangeable design for the TDM

Hi guys!!!

 

The past few days i open up my front cowling to reattach back the crack surface but in the end, still need to send for respray so now looking forward with an outing tis sunday with Mr AJ... :bounce:

 

So back to the topic..while i was dissembling the front cowling, i wanted to adjust the height of the headlight beam. Many people have complained about the road blindness when i ride behind them so this is the time to do it...

 

1st pic - After removing the front cowling and the dashboard.

2nd pic - This is what it looks like after taking out the headlight.

3rd pic - The whole front bits and pieces....

4th pic - The headlight adjustment nut (side view)

5th pic - The headlight adjustment nut (top view)

 

Actually no need to do this way to adjust the headlight height. U can use a screwdriver but if u have a special tool to do this is even better. I prefer to do this way because when i tried to use the screwdriver before, the tight knob would not turn.
