Hi guys, I've been away for one week and today I came back and found oil spots under my bike. looking closer, I found that oil is leaking from the front sproket area. Any ideas? hopefully it's not a big problem. The oil is clear.

Thanks!!

If you had not oiled your chain before you left...then, it should be your primary gear shaft seal gone liao...a less than $12 or so quick job..have the seal replaced.:sian:

Thanks Ah pek.

That doesn't sound too bad then.. any motor shop should be able to do a decent job? or you recommend ah fook or yourself? I stay at bukit batok, just weighing the riding risk in getting to somewhere further. :p

hi Ah pek,

Got idea where to find PB1 wire harness?

My headlite connector melted, the H4 bulb breaks at the connetor end.

When is your next Kopi session? need your help to check on my workhorse man...

But have you had your H4 and connector problem fix yet?..if not, can do it but let me know a day ahead.

The hardness is hard to find. I got myself a secondhand one..for new must order..about $280+ to $350+. Workmanship is expensive...need at least around a day to do. I did mine liao. You can find a cheap secondhand one..can do for you if you want.

Likely coil problem and rectifier is a "may be". To being trouble shooting, you have to have a good battery to start with. Let me know if you need help..where you staying? Pm me the details.

ah pek,

it is the box on the left side of the fuse box...it has a green bottom and red top...the red top with one of female connector ( plastic is partly burnt) and wire also.... but the fuse is still whole and OK... the connector burnt is the upper left part when the female connectors are facing you - solid red wire...

thanks.

The whole assembly I understand is the electrical solenoid. The part connector you talk about is the main fuse (green 30A fuse) housing. Yes, it does get charred or 'burned' but very rare. These are caused by very high current. In your case, it could be electrical loading from extra dvices fixed on your bike like HID etc..and been running close to 30A in total load for quite awhile.

I think there is no spare part for that...either you refabricated or get a second part ofr it as its is a part assembly of the main whole wire hardness. Not cheap to do as I have done it before..but if you need further assistance..let me know.

Anyone know if there is any sticker shop in the east side? Like rim lining stickers and other bike stickers?

He uses only 3M brand and price is reasonable, but you must DIY (stick them) yourself.

Ok bro thanks! I will check it out :thumb:
