im going jb to get my front 2 brake disc change.....any1 wana tag along??relak lim kopi??

ah pek......my rear brake disc is heating up , even though im not using it.grinding against the disc.....wat might be the problem n how to solve it??

 

Get Ah Fook to do the brake caliper pistons..probably it's jammed by the used braking dust from pad and trapped inbetween the piston and piston housing..must have harden with wetness (rain the last few weeks). Asked him to use compress air to clear first..otherwise have to take off for a thorough clean liao. I sprayed WD40 b4..helps but make sure you burned (move and stepping the brakes at the same time to 'dry' the brake pad surface) your pad before normal use on the road.

Heh!..I need a favor..can see got the same voltmeter or not can?..but don't go searching for it lah. Mine damage after the fall two months ago.

erm my friend ...my friend just kena tis......ok....how much is your rpm now???when cold got sound hot no sound rite?ok try smething....in morning when u warm up bike.....got sound rite??clutch in check sound still there anot.....if gone ,its the clutch housing loose....tune up rpm to 1k or 1.2k.......nx day warm up again check sound if its still there.this problem is can close 1 eye 1.even though if u change new the housing might not mate wif ur old spline in the bike , and the sound will come back soon.....no point spend 500 plus on it lol....(taught by ah fook )

Since it is still under warranty...best to tell them to rectifiy the problem. Its not the clutch plates anyway...but could be improper reassembling problem.

ah pekk.i using yoshimura end cam...my 1 tank fuel just can reach 220-230km only la..very chiat lat..wat the problem?if the pipe make different?if average 120-130 speed i think 200km aslo cant reach..pump fuel until cry:cry:..can we meet tml?send me msg to 84509249..if some want like to share thing about s4 also can msg me..i newbie..just bought 3 week..thanks

FC is a very subjective matter and lots of factors of a bike configuration plays a part. I have to run thru ur bike.

ah pek ar i beginning to worry about the pair of disc i bought.....just now slow speed i hard breaking machiam jerky also.......high speed juddering low speed jerky......i guess need to run in like u said....i just keep my finger x...cheap tinks no good, good tinks no cheap lol
