I recently had my valves re-shimmed and it made a huge difference, so smooth andmore responsive well worth the $$$ spent.

 

Wat is re-shimmed? Is it the same as valve clearance?

Yes, my mechanic said the valves can't be adjusted with a spanner and screwdriver so i had to replace the shims. I had 9 in total replaced and cost between $500-600 aud but it made a huge difference.

yes ver s do come with brembo brake callipers as stock.

 

most of them get stolen or either de-kitted when selling their bike.

 

quite a rare sight to find brembo on ver s nowadays.

Not sure how much they are worth, should be more then the nissin ones I think.

But personally, after trying the brembo and the nissin ones, I can safely say I prefer the brembos. Just immense power.

hi sleeper, if you're talking abt the tail light cover, it's quite easily removed for cleaning & there's 2 bulbs in there. it only gets a bit more complicated if you want to disassemble the whole thing but even then still quite manageable as there's only wires for tail lights & rear signal lights. give it a try
