I'm having this loud grinding sound when the bike's slowing down, seem to be coming from the chain area or the rear area, anyone experienced this problem before, please advice?

Can be wheel bearings partially broken liao..likely from the back wheel.

I just changed the wheel bearings, all 3. maybe nvr installed properly, shall check it out at my next servicing. thanks for your help

Throttle cable installation done. Took a further 2 hours to figure it out. But as I said, Honda should be shot for putting the throttle assembly in between the carburettors.

hey bros...which chain lubricant do you guys use? last time my phantom my shop always put EO on my chain...i was told not all chain are suitable to apply EO...is it true?

NOT TRUE..eo is still the best..better than chain ube. If you have to use chain lube..use "Voltronics"...clear, light, sticks and don't spill or fling that much.

They don't have those fancy machinery like those in You Nick but they get the job done.

Hey guys.. Theres a tick tick tick sound from my block after i ride my bike for sum time, was told by a friend its the shims that needs to be adjusted and that sound will go away. how true is it just to double check? and will there be any side effect if i never get it done a.s.a.p?
