e thermostat isit 2nd hand oso? check ur thermostat connector isit shorted to ground.... if yes of coz e temp indicator n radiator fan will on continously

90km/h should b abt 5.4k.... not sure :sweat:

from e pic u can see e tail board n e backlight is actually slanting similar to e spec3

but it reali is slanting lik spec3 one.... perhaps e owner can share his photo himself :cheeky:

the taillight abit strange. it is combo of spec3 + gsx k4!

I think the owner must have done it in JB...the front sai tao has the race ferring lighting...and looks like its custom made like to ones in JB...I think maybe the owner can help...But im sure JB can do it...

Guys can I ask...I heard that if ya take the second link, you can hit a race track area before u hit the main JB...I heard there are a lot of bike shops for big bikes there...anyone knows where...

hi guys, just want to ask if anyone has changed their ver s signal lights to those of clear plastics from the vtec versions, issit even possible in the first place?

 

i tried out M400's led lights with the 1157 sockets, but wah lau eh, our ver s signal lights got an extra holder for the original filament bulb besides the orange casing, so cannot fit the led.

 

can anyone pls clarify if its possible to change our whole signal lights to those of the vtec versions? thanx!

tat bike mod head using scambler ones ... osram lights .... pretty nice but it's not bright for kampong areas. N somemore my mac says that bulb easy blow ones ....

 

the tail looks nice but the lights a bit odd .... too small for big naked bikes like s4 ..... but i think if the originals too X for me to buy ... I would do just tat ... moulding but using r1 taillights ....

 

But that only can be done when i got another bike or reservist call lar so can send bike to moulding.

 

The moulding would not be to expensive from what i know .

 

Rm 200 + - can get.

 

Coz from that pic it does not include undertray .... so he mould the back only.

 

The lights find yourself ar ...

 

What i see from one bike parts distributar .... leds tail light cost around Sing$120+- ...

 

I think i won't buy the originals ... I juz ask jb shop to do ... Same consept ... No one knows ....

my bike (version s) has overheating problem since i bought this bike. I've done a lot of things still overheat.

 

My radiator 2nd hand

thermostat i dun have one. Remove not using. Machanic says it's alrite

flush my system myself.

 

Just now traval 110km/h constant

then the temp led lite up.

Went to jb top up petrol

 

Go back singapore

From singapore custom a bit jam

all the way my temp led lite up

even when i was traveling at tpe 90km/h constant.

 

So anyone pls help

hi shahrul_azmil3 - haiz,i dun think i can help much. but is your block leaking or something? If ur block is leaking coolant like mine,maybe thats the problem. Pipe leakages? Maybe there is leakage thats why so?? The coolant cap? You have tHave you check the seal is it still servicable... Radiator not working properly? Second things might not work as perfectly as u have thought. Engine oil? How long have u since changed ur oil,old oil tend to heat up quickly...

 

Anyone of your went Pasir Gudang play before? Bcos i just went on tues...shiok..but now bike problem..so sad...And anyway,are your guys free this cuming friday? Maybe we can meet up at somewhere convenient for everybody...like Seletar Dam? , Orchard? , Beaches? Or..your suggest la...

Still Considering : Pro Taper Handle Bar,Rear Suspension Riser,Givi Rack and Box,Spec 1 or 3 Tail Board,Modify Header,Digital Meter,Clear Headlight(Spec3)

i really dun think there's any leakage what so ever. I check again ... Nothing. No green stuff anywhere near the block ... My reservoir still has coolant in it. Today somemore wired thing.

 

I have to report to camp due to ippt.

6am move off already

travel at tpe at a slow speed of 70km/h (no rush wat)

enjoying the cool breeze of the morning.

then see my temp led

it lights up but not bright ones. it's like someone playing with a bulb not conneting

properly to the batt. I did not even feel my engine warmness.

this all start to happen worst after going to machanic doing up some circuit.

shahrul i had the same problem before...the coolant pump of yours must be spoilt...the fan is not spinning so the coolant is not circulating in your bike...you can see that u ride for a while then your bike temp light is on but when you touch your radiator it is not hot at all....

 

better do this fast as it might damage your engine...if you dont soon your bike will start to leak engine oil...

 

new one about 150-160.....

it also helps to change the reservoir pipes if they are over expanded or in bad condition...cheersssss
