'88 Yr last batch for 18yrs old for bike

Issit true that 1988 babies is the last batch for 18yrs old that can enrol bike? meaning 1989 onwards i think 21 not 18.. think all these are craps right? but don't know why people keep saying.. even my teachers.. can anyone double check this?

 

and they say what new IC cant enrol old IC can.. new IC got the small face below of your pic..

i think yrs ago got announce say wana increase the age to 21 because alot of youngesters accident.. but not sure of the latest thou.. but till today it's still 18 as far as i know..

the rule to change the age limit from 18 to 21 was 1 or 2 years back but it was meant for car but everyone started spreding the rumor that it was for bikes too and as for 2c same thing rumor started with cars again now got auto and manual licence for car ....
