butterfly flap. a round metal plate in your throttlebody.

 

Wat problem do u think will e flap cause? Have took out e airbox and twist e throttle and e flap moving good.

all full system are for track /race use. unless its its stated street legal. the diff to most ppl is the sound.. track/race pipes louder.

but if u reali compare street legal and race full system or exhaust u wll find that street legal system not as powerful. due to many reasons. our many on board busa gurus will explain more if u are interested to know more.

Maybe once anyone of u see my bike with that strong airflow u will have e same thinking like me. My engine is moving fast and e airflow from e exhaust is very strong. I have done e tuning already but e mech say it's ok with that strong airflow, i scare my engine will gone so post this enquiry to ask some experts here. Maybe see this week anyone free to meet up and see and hear my bike then u will understand.

i did TEKA long time ago at Looi's Motor when Meng Kong was still there. he told me it was to tune the ECU for a better fuel/air mixture. i guess that's about it. i heard someone done TEKA at Sanfu too.

but beware once tuned, you need to reset ur ECU before you can run a PC.
