K10 Phantom Knights 3D2N Genting trip...

 

 

 

Confirmed Date - 31st July 2010.

Accommodation would be at Chin Swee Temple (cheapest rate and good security)

wanna stay at 1st World or other hotels at the peak kindly make your own arrangements, as i'm only doing it for those staying at the temple...

 

 

Riding Speed shall be 90-110km/h on Phantom Meter, if alot of class 2 bikes are going, another group shall be form for this group specifically

 

 

As per named this is for dissemination of infos and what nots....

Date - 31st July 2010 Saturday

Meetup Time - 0500hrs

Place - GP Esso

Briefing - 0530hrs

Move out - 0600hrs

 

Riding Itinerary

1st Stop - Machap R&R (30mins Break)

2nd Stop - Pagoh R&R (30mins Break)

3rd Stop - Ayer Keroh A&W (late breakfast or early lunch here - 1Hrs break)

4th Stop Seremban R&R (30mins Break)

Last stop - Genting Sempah R&R (30mins Break)

Destination - Chin Swee Temple @ 1400hrs

 

Total Distance - 390km from GP Esso to Chin Swee Temple

Time to complete - 8.5 hours (at 90km/h GPS speed) with all fuel stops inclusive.

 

I've catered for alot of stops on this trip to condition those 1st timers who are new to touring. Hence once everyone is comfortable to the routine, coming back to SGP, i'll cut short on stops and concentrate spending more time on riding.

Ride up to Genting Highlands

upon arrival check in

OTOT till evening

Meetup for Dinner

OTOT till next morning

 

1st August (Sun)

OTOT whole day at the peak

 

2 August (Mon)

Gather for breakfast

Check out

Ride back to SGP

 

Looking for Key Appointment Holders, for the trip to Genting....

 

A)3 X Markers

B)1 X Sweeper

C)1 X Last Bike

D)1 X Lead Bike (TA200 Only)

 

A SOP briefing will be held 1 week before the trip, to tie down all issues for all appt holders.

 

Position A & B would prefer 2a bikes minimum...

 

C & D can be any phantoms...

Double Room - RM 110.00 Per Night

Triple Room - RM130.00 Per Night

 

2 nights Double room is RM220.00

2 nights Triple room is RM260.00

 

For those who are only looking at 2D1N at juz pay me 1 nights stay money, but do take note that your ride back will be alone so pls make doubly sure of wat your doing.

 

Pairing up of individual according to room requirement will be done on a ballot basis unless u've pre-informed me on the day itself

.

Collection of Monies will be thru bank transfer, once your name is on the confirmed attendance list, i'll PM u the banking details.

 

The money your paying me is for ROOM ONLY, the rest of the cost has to be borne by all individual.

 

As a mean of discouraging ppl from pulling out last minute after the monies has been paid, and also a requirement for booking rooms, all deposits will be forfeited, unless there are ppl on waiting list to take up the empty slot, then the joining in party will pay the withdrawing party the money.

 

 

And with that i hope to see all parties enjoy the trip to come...
