Btw try massage ur legs after jogg/mayb's u din do warmup & cooldown properly..., kena lotsa times legs achg like siao & cramps early in morng... Bt it sux evn worst wen there's no Yandaos in park..., only Bangali... Lol~

actually is not really gd to do jogging alot... the hard surface impact is not gd on ur kness unless u run on treadmill lar.

 

try swimming (may dry ur skin) or aerobics instead.

its the shoulders lar. haha. anyway, i dun tink u get broad shoulders so easily, tat is thru consistant training. even i also dun hav broad shoulders if i swim consisitantly.

Truetrue..., me joined 'e swimming club in P'sch days & my arms reali din get thicker/anythg... Juz my shldrs gets broad & wear sleeveless/spagetti top clothes's v.nicenice wo(juz tt i hate 'e tanng part..., turns me 2 Malay...)..., sista summer muz try...!!!
