till 3.30 - tea break... drink milo or coffee.. try to resist again the foods boss bot for us if any.

 

in the evening, makan again.. avoid eating rice

 

after 10pm... no eating !

 

u should eat full during breakfast, cos breakfast v impt. anyway u will burn the food thru out the day so no worries. lunch eat abit, tea break eat abit.

dinner eat abit.

 

u should really exercise abit, build up ur metabolism.
