depend where u coming from

 

if u using ECP(towards changi),exit tanjong katong..n hit all the way straight...slow down after u exit cos there a traffic light...keep going straight LC foodcourt is on ur right :cheeky:

 

food court is about 5 mins ride from the traffic light

Geez..., go massage ur legs w/moisturizer may help ease ur achg... Btw me stopped exercise 4 quite sm time coz kinda lazy liao..., haha~ Bt's alwys better den on diet bah..., mayb u can'v a heavy b'fast flw by fruits(better 2 eat more so wun feel tt hungry 2 early..., gd 4 "detoxifyg" wo...)den dinner eat only dishes & cut down on rice in take... & last bt nt least slp earlier coz u'll feel hungry if u stay up 4 2 late..., coz i ate supper wenevr i feel hungry... :hungry:

 

Btw kombawa TCPians..., long time bo lai liao... Haha~ :cheeky: :lol:

LoL ... I lost 8 kg in 10 weeks .... nice formula .... eat more (up to 6 times a day, but fat and sugar free) and exercise less ( daily 20 to 40 min) .... maybe you check this site http://www.bodyforlife.com
